I was really pleased with the hotel's location, venue, and comfortable rooms. The staff were also super helpful and accommodating, and the spa was lovely. We even got to enjoy free swim at the local pool and bus passes were provided, which was a nice touch. If I'm being picky, I would have liked a room upgrade, especially since it was low season and the hotel wasn't full.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Ortisei, with the main bus stop right outside and both gondolas just a short walk away. The town itself is beautiful, and the hotel is right in the middle of it all. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. To be honest, Hotel Garni completely met our needs and exceeded our expectations.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly kind and helpful, especially Mr. Aers and the two ladies who work in the breakfast restaurant. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, it came with a hefty price tag. The car park was another added expense, and the rooms themselves were a letdown - the walls were paper thin, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep with the constant chatter from next door. To top it all off, the restaurant on site was a disaster, with terrible food and unfriendly staff. Overall, I felt like I was being ripped off.
