I really appreciated the host’s kindness and availability, clear directions, and the list of local spots for lunch or dinner. The venues were clean and well kept in every respect, and the location is excellent—highly recommended. The only downside was the lack of a dedicated parking spot; you have to park on the street when possible, which could be a problem during busy tourist periods. Overall, we made a great choice.

The location is fine. The bed had broken slats and the mattress was awful.

The manager is helpful, affable, and prudent. Breakfast is plentiful and good quality, served on the terrace. The property is in a fairly busy traffic area, but still quiet at night. Its advantage is being close to Casa Leopardi and the town center. Free parking is not very close and spots are often only available after shops close. There were a few minor reception issues with some TV channels.

The view from the terrace and the easy access to the property were outstanding. Breakfast was served by Chiara, who also kindly prepared the savory option I asked for. Unfortunately, I would suggest more attention to the shower area; although it was clean, there were deposits on the tracks where the doors slide. Perhaps they should be replaced?

The location is super central, inside the village but close to the gate of the walls and near parking. Breakfast was very abundant! The common areas could have been cleaner.
