“Excellent and good location”
The view was nice and the overall look was clean.
“Not clean at all”
The desk agent took 20 to 30 minutes to respond to my bell call, probably because she was asleep; I arrived at 1:30 am, the room didn’t feel clean when I lay on the sheets, and the towels over the bed also smelled unclean. Exhausted, I didn’t bother to complain and just left after about an hour, by which time it was 2 am.
“Nice but needs updated.”
We thought the room was decent and its size was fine, but the breakfast at the restaurant was too expensive and the hotel really needs a serious update; everything feels very dated.
The hotel offered a bar, a restaurant, and plenty of entertainment; the room was roomy with a great TV and the staff were super friendly, yet we discovered a lot of leftover food in our fridge that housekeeping must have missed when cleaning the room—otherwise everything was perfect.
“Look at the picture, will not go back”
The rooms were tidy and clean, but both the indoor and outdoor pools were cloudy and dirty and needed cleaning; the carpeting around the pool area was filthy, ripped, and torn and should be replaced; hallway and elevator carpets were stained; and the electrical circuits near the air‑conditioning unit in the room were exposed and accessible to my child.
