The location and overall vibe are appealing, and the hotel staff really strives to be hospitable, yet the bathroom and floor cleaning isn’t thorough, and the in‑room facilities need upkeep—there’s a panel that won’t close, broken soap dishes, broken blinds, and a squeaky bed.

I imagine it used to be beautiful many years ago, but now it’s in terrible disrepair; it’s dirty, neglected, cables litter the pool area, the water is cold, and dust covers the room.

The pool and green areas are nice, but the grill is in terrible condition and several spots need maintenance.

The rooms are spacious, pet‑friendly, and we could travel with our animals, so the environment was very calm, but we didn’t have hot water to shower for two mornings in different rooms, the TV only offered two channels, one mattress was broken, and I never got Wi‑Fi on any of my devices.

The staff are extremely friendly and always in touch—thanks to Brenda for all the help—but the place feels a bit isolated, though that doesn’t affect the stay and it’s a safe location.
