“Could have been good, was generally underwhelming”

The room was comfy and quiet, and the spot was convenient. I had booked an airport transfer for my partner and me, gave flight details and arrival times, but when she got there she was turned away because her name wasn’t on the list, and the same happened to me. We both ended up taking taxis. When I got there, the system couldn’t find my name in the reservation and it even suggested I was at the wrong hotel, so I had to text my partner for the room number. The whole thing felt terribly disorganized.

The location near Nai Yang was super convenient.

The pool was great and the room stayed cool. Because the pool is on every floor and there are a lot of kids, it can get pretty noisy. I wouldn’t call it a 5‑star place, more like a 4‑star, but overall it was nice and close to the airport.

The room was beautifully decorated with a huge bathroom and a tub under the skylight, which was stunning. Manager Chuck was present, available, and very attentive; this stay would have been very different without his assistant – thank you. Cleanliness and location were lacking, and there were no plant‑based or dairy alternatives, nor vegan options for breakfast – vegans should avoid.

I stayed for two nights and it met all my needs. My layover was oddly timed, so I just needed a place for two nights, and this spot was wonderful – highly recommend. Everything was great, but if you want to be closer to town or a proper resort, this might not be the right choice.
