The air conditioning in the room worked well, and they were helpful when we needed a doctor. The beach was nice. However, the hotel was very run down; the room, dining area, and facilities were shabby and dirty. It was so busy that we could barely find a spot in the pool, and the food area was loud and uncomfortable.

The location, cleanliness, services, and food were great. The only issue was the loud noise from the central air‑conditioning units on the roof, which kept me from sleeping at night.

The structure, pool, and the reception and restaurant staff were all welcoming. The only small note was about the policy for small dogs; the staff were still helpful and found solutions within the company policy.

The hotel offered plenty of space, was spotless, well-organised, had parking and an internal ATM, and the environment was calm and quiet.

The transfer to the beach was on time and smooth, and I loved the big pool and evening entertainment - the animation at night was great. The beach was nice, and the evening aperitif was plentiful, as was the food. That being said, the beach toilets were often a mess, with no toilet paper or a weird smell, and the cleanliness of the toilets in general could use more attention. My shower also had a weird issue where water would leak all over the bathroom floor, which was frustrating.
