The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, with a few standout exceptions - Johnny was particularly helpful and went out of his way to assist us.
The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the action.
The breakfast spread was impressive.
The value was great, but I did have some issues with noise at night.

The staff were attentive and the location was great, even though there was a construction site opposite the hotel. The room, however, felt cramped and outdated, and the shower gave off a sewage smell. The carpet had stains, and the dining area was assigned on a first‑come basis, making it hard to find a spot during busy times.

The location is central and easy to get around thanks to the light rail, but there is no parking available; we had to pay 360 shekels for a night in a parking lot, making our stay much pricier than other hotels that provide proper parking for their guests.
