It was quiet, but the showers and toilet were all in disrepair—cracked, leaking, or broken—and there was no hot water for the entire duration of my stay. It took them 10 minutes to open the gate for me on my return.

I chose this place because it was closer to my office, but the nighttime noise was unbearable and the staff seemed to ignore other guests; the bed itself was uncomfortable.
