The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant, and another worker who came up to the desk at the end of her shift was also friendly. The facilities are run down; the air conditioner makes horrible noise and the toilet wouldn’t flush.

The location was fine, but the room had not been cleaned; personal items lay in the bed, food was on the microwave, and there was filthy body fluid on the toilet and bathtub.

The bed was super comfortable, the location was great and mostly quiet, and the room was fairly clean; the staff were great and accommodating. However, the towels were unclean and I didn't use them, there was no room service, and because I had toddlers it was inconvenient not to be able to bring food back to the room; also there was no veteran discount.

It was conveniently close to Illinois state as I had to be there for 2 days. Well at check in the hotel had no staff but the front desk person. The next day I leave my room to return and it wasn’t even cleaned or refreshed with towels until I went to the front desk about it and was told they had check outs so the first floor was being serviced
