“В цілому я задоволена проживанням в цьому готелі”
The location and friendly staff were positive points. Water from the shower dripped onto the floor, creating small puddles around the area.

It’s a small hotel in a good spot. The rooms are very basic and don’t feel like typical hotel rooms, but they were super clean and had everything needed. The staff were friendly, though not everyone spoke English. There’s free coffee and tea (and some snacks) because breakfast isn’t available. Nothing in particular stood out as a problem.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot, less than 10 minutes on foot from Chișinău’s main street, Blv. Stefan cel Mare si Sfant. It’s clean and modern. Rooms come with a minibar offering drinks and snacks at fair prices, a TV, a self‑contained air‑conditioning unit with a heat pump, and they’re cleaned daily. The reception is open 24/7, which is handy for late‑night arrivals. The staff is very kind and polite. Although breakfast isn’t formally provided, there’s a large room where you can freely serve yourself tea, coffee from automatic machines, and packaged biscuits and sweets for a quick breakfast. Nearby you’ll find typical restaurants, a cocktail bar, a pizzeria, and a pub. Just a 4‑minute walk away is a fantastic pastry shop for French‑style breakfasts with butter croissants and more (Delice d'Ange). All in all, everything is fine and I recommend it.

The hotel is located in central Chișinău in a quiet area, very convenient for exploring the city, museums, and landmarks. The staff were friendly. Check‑in went as described in the booking. The hotel has an elevator. The room was very large with all comforts, including robes and slippers. Hot water was available. The internet worked well. A staff member helped with the TV. On the first floor there’s a separate space with coffee, tea, water, packaged croissants, packaged marshmallows (!), biscuits, candies, and waffles available all day, which is very convenient. In the morning they also provide yogurt. The balcony offers a nice view of the city center. A taxi to the airport was arranged. The only downside was the lack of a safe and a city map.

The location was great. The neighborhood was a study in contrasts: next door is a building with a collapsed roof. Other close-by buildings were in great shape. The concert hall was three blocks away. Several large, clean, and beautiful parks were also several blocks away. I think that the hotel has a water softener system. But, at one point, the water came out white, fizzy, and salty. It cleared up eventually. The front desk staff did not speak English to any extent and there was no tourist literature or maps of the City
