Breakfast was good, especially the coffee, but the air conditioner in my room didn’t work properly, and I don’t understand why the hotel lacks a backup generator; we were left in the dark, hot, and miserable.

The location was fine, but the customer service was terrible: we waited 30 minutes in the lobby to check in, no staff were in the lobby or back office, I was calling while standing there and the phones wouldn’t ring, and at checkout the front desk staff looked unhappy and unfriendly.
