The hotel kept surprising our kid with a little snack every day, the front‑desk team was always eager to help, and the breakfast served genuine Chinese flavors. On top of that, it’s right in the middle of everything.

This isn’t a flash‑new boutique; it’s an old‑school classic that’s been nicely refreshed. Every little detail feels thought out – even the four‑ply tissue in the bathroom shows they care about quality. Stayed comfortably and it’s already my second time back to Kunming.
Got solid value for the price and the staff were genuinely helpful. A big shout‑out to the assistant manager (name escapes me) who handled a few last‑minute changes and spoke clear English, which is rare around here. Breakfast offered a good mix of local and a few international dishes.
