The people were really nice. The pool, however, was supposed to be heated but wasn’t.

The rooms were filthy—pull back the blanket and you can see a dirt stain where someone slept, and the pillows had yellow stains from a previous guest. My daughter had a large pee stain in the middle of the bed, and the sheets were never changed; the same sheets were used to remake the bed. The floor was not clean, and the elevator door didn’t shut completely—I had to pull on it to close it. I left immediately after seeing the rooms.

The home was so beautiful and peaceful that the photos don’t do it justice—just wonderful.
