I appreciated the woman who managed breakfast and the cleaning crew, but I honestly didn't like the front desk guy. The place isn’t as safe as we previously knew; they should aim for 5‑star standards. We booked two rooms for four adults and a child, yet they simply told us the child could sleep on the sofa.

The Ambassador Hotel is excellent in every way: all services are available, the reception staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious. I highly recommend it, especially thanks to the polite, helpful, and cheerful staff member Ms. Merahel.

The blankets and mattresses are very old, unchanged for over six years; they just wash and rearrange them in the room. We hope they replace the sheets, mattresses, and blankets in the rooms.

Breakfast and location. 1. My Personal towel: My personal white towel was taken by mistake during room cleaning because it looks similar to the hotel towels. Could you please check with laundry and keep it in the Lost and Found storage until next year trip. 2. Room service / "Do Not Disturb" sign: A staff member knocked on my door to offer room cleaning, thinking the door hanger was changed. I never changed it and left it on 'Do Not Disturb'. Please make sure my privacy is respected and this doesn't happen again."
