The staff were super attentive, even before we got there everything was set up for us. The place itself is gorgeous, the view is amazing, breakfast was tasty, and the dogs were totally at ease—there’s a nice area to hang out with them away from the city noise. The only downside? There’s no shower stall, so the whole bathroom gets wet.

They really go the extra mile for pets, which is great. The problem is the bathrooms: no shower stall and no towel to dry off, so it gets pretty wet after a bath.

The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature. But there are a lot of issues: no shower stall so the bathroom gets soaked, bad odor in the bathroom and kitchen, the entry floor is in bad shape, the mattress is stiff, and the pool and hot tubs are dirty.
