The location is excellent—just a short walk from the centre, on the outskirts of Karpacz, so you can escape the bustle. Getting there is easy; you can drive from surrounding towns without having to pass through the centre. It’s a very good spot for a stay.

The spot has a garden with a playground for kids and is pet‑friendly. The area is quiet and a nice place. However, the kitchen in the apartment was under‑equipped—there was no towel, insufficient dishes, and no soap in the bathroom. The sofa was dirty and uncomfortable for sleeping (it was rolled up and wobbled). I wouldn’t call it a proper place to sleep.

I’m very satisfied with the room. It’s clean, tidy, and there’s nothing to attach. A big plus is that you couldn’t hear the neighbors through the walls. I would definitely book a room here again. I have no objections.

The room was small but clean and adequate, with a comfortable bed; the bathroom seemed freshly renovated and spotless. The location was fine for those driving, and the place was quiet and calm, offering good value for money. The only downside was the lack of hand soap and a bathroom trash bin, and there was no hair dryer, though it could be requested from the owner.

The spot is lovely, tucked in a quiet part of town near a forest, with a beautiful garden and outdoor seating outside the apartment. The host lady is friendly, allows late check‑in, and lets you bring a dog. The bed feels more like a 1.5‑person mattress.
