Bedrooms include bathrooms with baths, showers, and hairdryers, plus tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel is close to Wigan Athletic Football Club, Wigan Warriors Rugby League Club, and Gulliver's World theme park.

The spot was convenient and the rates were cheap, but the menu was limited, the water pressure was awful, and I could hear conversations from the room next door.

I appreciated the parking, the location, the staff, the cleanliness, and the food, but I would have liked to stay longer.

The staff, reception, breakfast, and bar were very welcoming; for a budget hotel the chairs, sofas, and overall standard were clean and comfortable, and free car parking was a bonus even though the confirmation said there was no parking. The only issue was my shower— the tap‑to‑shower switch was broken, which I reported on exit, so I don’t know if it was fixed, but everything else matched the price I paid.
