The hotel sits next to a food market with many bars and restaurants nearby, but getting to the beach is an adventure that involves ferries. The pool water is cold and not heated, the pool bar isn’t operating, and most of the information given at reception was inaccurate. The ferry times and directions were poorly explained, leaving us feeling unsafe.

The restaurant charged for the dish, which shouldn’t happen since the daily rate is already quite high. When I asked for a wine opener, they wouldn’t bring it to my room; the staff had to come down to open it, which was very disappointing. It felt like a one‑star hotel, the mini‑fridge was empty, and there were two guests but only one bottle of water.

Breakfast and location were good, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the room had a bad smell, I had to change rooms, the sheets were old, thin, and worn, the headboard had stains, and the shower didn’t drain properly.
