The hotel is definitely overpriced for what you get—it’s not a 5‑star place. We booked three rooms, all of which were musty and had bathrooms covered in back mould. The facilities were limited, and the pool photos were misleading. In the restaurant, we were seated at the only table outside when a storm was coming, and when it started to rain there was no real plan. The only bright spot was the bartender (Aubery), who was extremely accommodating. When we raised issues at check‑out, the staff said they would bring them to management. I wouldn’t recommend staying here; you’d be better off at Chateau La Coste, which offers far better food and facilities.
“An Exceptional Château that Shares a Family-Feeling!”
Wow, where do we start? A beautiful, quaint Château in its own wine vineyard, truly unique with historic buildings and rich history. The staff were all super friendly, giving a family feel. Wine tasting was delicious and the food was served to perfection. Our room was super comfortable and stunning, overlooking the well‑maintained courtyard. We enjoyed morning bike rides through the forest, relaxed evening pool dips, and glasses of Róse. We loved every moment, highly recommend the stay and will definitely return. Thank you.
“très décevant”
Very good breakfast, pleasant park, the first floor of the house also nice, relatively easy access, proximity to the rooms and the château. Overall very disappointing; the service is a bit “stiff” but not really friendly, a void where the fridge should be in the room (impossible to have one), and the pool is much too small, no lounge chairs available and a camping‑like blue‑water vibe. I had booked three nights and we could no longer stand the closeness and lack of space at the pool. We found another hotel in the region that was much better and twice cheaper. They should give as much attention to making a real château relay as to maximizing client spend!!!
“Volveria sin duda hotel de lujo y familiar a su vez. Buena carta de restaurante. El personal en reception muy amable y t”
The guinguette for drinks, the pool, the garden, and having a restaurant inside the hotel were all great, and I liked that it felt family‑friendly. The restaurant staff are well‑meaning but lack training, so the service can be slow at times. The mattresses in the rooms were horrible.
“Зарядил машину, приятно провел время с осликаии для детей, покатплся на велосипеде, цена отличная! все супер. спасибо”
Cleanliness and a pleasant, quiet atmosphere. On the parking lot, there’s the usual white powdery stuff in Provence that dirty cars, and the staff need to increase, especially at the pool. Also, the snack menu should be expanded and better cocktails made.
