The hotel is close to Gare du Nord, but the bathroom felt a bit uncomfortable.

The A/C seemed to not work and the window didn’t open enough to let fresh air into the room.

The location was great and the rooms were fine for a single night, but the reception staff seemed clueless—he claimed I had to pay again even though I had already paid when booking, didn't know the checkout time, couldn't tell me the breakfast price, and was rude; despite the hotel being good, this kind of staff makes me hesitant to return.
