The property was comfortable and well‑situated, quiet and suitable for a short stay, yet there was a large step up into the bathroom and we left the light on all night for safety.

The location was acceptable, on the edge of town, and parking was easy, but the bedroom fixtures were worn, the bathroom floor was bouncy, a floor tile was lifted, there was a big step up into the bathroom with no safety marker (easy to trip or fall), we couldn’t get a kettle under the tap, and the carpet in one room was sticky (room 27, two bedrooms).

The host was very welcoming. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained. very roomy for the 4 of us. NIL
