I was surprised that the bathroom was attached to the room instead of being separate, but the adjacent restaurant was really nice. The room is a bit small, yet everything is present. The host can’t send messages in English, let alone Dutch.

The location is convenient and easy to reach. The room is spacious but a bit cold, and the split unit blew slightly warm air. There was a bad smell on arrival, coming from the bathroom, which was also very cold. I found a hair in the shower. The electric kettle, hot water tap, a triple outlet, a hairdryer, and the bathroom ceiling light were all in the same room.

The host replies to messages. The bed was terrible, extremely uncomfortable, and the room was dusty; I found dust mites under the pillow, crawling all over the sheet with their tiny legs. A simple sweep and wash would have fixed it, but that wasn’t done. The room smelled stale, and the bathroom carried a sewer odor. We had a fridge, a kettle, and a coffee machine, but no chamomile, coffee, or tea.
