Located a 15‑minute walk from Dante Beach and near Stella Maris Stadium, the resort provides easy access to Aquapark Istralandia, San Giusto Castle, and local scuba‑diving sites.

The location was good, but cleanliness was poor; there was no Wi‑Fi, the router was present but didn’t connect, and the network listed didn’t exist.

The location, the parking garage, and the excellent air‑conditioning were positives, but the apartment wasn’t fully clean—from the kitchen to the bathroom.

The location was good, but we had stayed here several times before and always booked an apartment with a terrace by the pool. When we arrived and went to the reception, we learned that there was no reception anymore, the apartments in House 1 had been sold to private owners, and check‑in could only be done by phone. Our apartment, instead of the usual extra bedroom, only had a sofa bed – very uncomfortable – and was also much smaller. The photos used to advertise the apartments do not match reality at all. Overall, very unsatisfactory. We will not return.
