The hotel sits conveniently right off the interstate, yet the first night my shower was freezing cold; I told the desk lady and she said she'd inform maintenance. The second night it was warm, I reported it again, and she mentioned a boiler replacement was underway. The third night the water was only semi‑warm, and on the last day a constant alarm sounded all night and all day, leaving me with no sleep whatsoever.

The location was good, but the hotel switched my reservation from a single king to a standard double queen bed, claimed they were fully booked, and couldn't fix it until the next day.

I have to say that my room had a rather annoying flashing light from a fire alarm, and my guest was quite noisy, but the real kicker was when the bed literally folded in the middle. Unfortunately, just about everything else was a letdown, making for a pretty disappointing stay.

The staff at this hotel were very nice and helpful, and overall, everything was great - but I did have one major complaint. The coffee was absolutely terrible, tasting like a cup of acid in the morning, which was a real disappointment.
