The location, surroundings, and the hotel itself were beautiful, refined, and deserve a 5‑star rating in every respect. I’ve never been in such a wonderful hotel before. The view from the room and the bed was phenomenal. There was nothing lacking; everything was perfect. We even received a gift when we arrived—a very kind gesture.

The daily fruit and berry buffet at breakfast was amazing. The dinner menus were always tasty, varied, and never the same on the 10 evenings we ate. The location is fantastic by the lake, and the outdoor pool and lounge chairs in the mountains are simply great. The entire staff is extremely attentive, very friendly, multilingual, and happy to fulfill all requests. The manager is very helpful with any regional inquiries. Everything was as expected.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable, and modern in style. The bartender had to “warm up” a bit at the end of the evening.

We enjoyed a wonderful short holiday at Hotel Wagnerhof and felt completely comfortable. We especially want to highlight the very friendly, warm, and attentive staff—one feels welcomed and well taken care of from the first moment. The six‑course dinner was excellent and accompanied by truly great service. Breakfast also left no wishes unmet: a wide selection of fresh fruit and delicious, freshly prepared egg dishes made the start of the day perfect. The whole hotel impresses with a very nice and stylish atmosphere. The lovingly designed garden invites relaxation, and the beautiful spa area is ideal for unwinding. A thoroughly successful stay—warm hospitality, excellent food, and a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll gladly return!
