The location itself is pleasant, but our experience with the accommodation was far from it. We had booked and prepaid a two‑person cottage for 530 Kč and a campsite spot for 380 Kč the day before arrival, but on the morning of check‑in we were told the cottage was mistakenly marked as occupied and we could only sleep under the kiosk roof. The cottage had been booked mainly for a 71‑year‑old grandmother, for whom sleeping under a roof and climbing a ladder was impossible. In the end the manager gave us a folding bed that we placed inside the tent, where all six of us slept. When I asked for the promised compensation at checkout, I was met with an arrogant attitude and a comment that I was nitpicking; only 100 Kč was refunded. The site is nice, but the manager’s approach and handling of the whole situation were extremely disappointing, so we cannot recommend it.
