Cleanliness was good, but the location was not ideal.

“Prima hotel trein is irritant”

A new hotel under the Seacloud brand, with a beautiful, well‑kept pool that the kids loved; the hotel is kept in good condition and Unawatuna’s sea is nearby, though to reach it you must pass a restaurant that forces you to buy something. The staff were friendly but didn’t speak English, the room was full of flies that mostly disappeared after 17:00, you’re next to a train track and the passing train rattles through the hotel, and at 05:00 the first train wakes everyone up. Still a decent hotel for a single visit.

Excellent location near Turtle Beach and Frog Rock, our room was spacious and bright, and the staff were very kind; nothing to complain about.

Either newly built or recently renovated, the place is well situated, the staff are helpful, but breakfast was not that good.

Management was very helpful and solved the only problem politely, leaving us very satisfied; the staff were friendly and courteous, though train noise can be loud when the station is close.
