Perched on Jerbourg Point’s cliff top, Hotel Jerbourg offers sweeping vistas of Herm, Sark, Jersey and, on clear days, France. Two restaurants serve fresh local fish, prime char‑grilled meats, vegetarian dishes and house specialties, while a sun‑lit coffee shop offers homemade cakes and locally roasted coffee. The location was good, but it was very expensive and the breakfast was poor.
