The spot’s in a great area, surrounded by lush greenery, and the host was super friendly and enthusiastic. A few corners felt a bit neglected, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

It’s a quiet place, and Raya really goes the extra mile—she even brings homemade breakfast to your room. In summer the room can feel stuffy without a fan, but in the cooler months or winter it’s a lovely retreat.

This is one of the most beautiful spots in all of Armenia. We stayed for two weeks and nowhere else felt as comfortable. The quiet setting and gorgeous garden are perfect for unwinding. The caring owner, top-notch meals, well-equipped rooms, and a tiny terrace in front of the room make it ideal for eating, reading, playing, or just being. Even a volleyball net adds to the fun. It’s truly the Armenian dream that brought us here.
