The spot is perfect, the rooms are big and airy, the hotel feels nice, and there's plenty of personality.

The private deck/balconies offer great views, everything in town is within walking distance, and there's a parking garage for guests. The second bed, however, was a very uncomfortable roll‑out sofa.

The suite was large and close to everything, and the bedding was comfortable. The bathroom hasn't been remodeled; it's old but functional.

The location is great, with easy walking access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Check‑in was odd—I had to cross the street to their sister property, Pine Inn, to register. Our room was nice, but the window tinting was peeling and bubbling, which distorted the ocean view.
