“Douglas at the Diglis.”
We met all the staff, liked the hotel’s location, the car parking, the food and bar service. Douglas the dog was friendly in the areas, and we had a room in the hotel. We only stayed for one night.

The hotel is gorgeous and set in a beautiful riverside location. It’s a very easy walk into the city centre, yet the setting remains quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about.

The location is fantastic, and the outdoor area by the river is amazing for sundowners. The bathroom had a few problems with the shower and toilet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for Worcester centre, the cathedral, and the lovely river views. Parking was a great asset, and breakfast offered a good selection of fruit and cooked items. The only downside was that the bed was a small double, which matched the room we chose.

Location. Staff. Parking. I would have scored this hotel higher but the first room we were given was well below standard. Worn out furnishings and rickety beds. We were moved to a junior suite which was more comfortable. Staff were very good
