Everything was perfect: breakfast, food, pool, room, and staff. The only caveat is that alcohol cannot be consumed in public areas; it can only be brought in or purchased duty‑free and used in your room, which is a minor detail to keep in mind.

The place was very nice, clean, charming, with art everywhere and an awesome room. The hotel manager was kind and a young waitress served us adorably in the morning. The restaurant and breakfast were excellent. We arrived on a Sunday and were the only guests, which added to the unique vibe. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite at no extra cost. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Kerala, ideal for those seeking an alternative, design‑focused, authentic experience compared to bland luxury resorts. It truly surpasses the 5‑star hotels we visited before. Thanks for everything. Nothing was wrong—everything was perfect. Maybe a king‑size bed would have been heavenly.

We loved our stay at Purity. The location is amazing and the grounds are beautiful. We watched eagles and cormorants diving, and saw otters in the water—magical. We took a couple of boat rides, and the included kayak trip was lovely, so I’d definitely recommend them. The food is insanely good. It’s a dry hotel, but you can bring your own or have the staff fetch something; they just ask you to drink it in your room or on your balcony, not in communal areas. The staff were all wonderful, especially Mary, Ayra, Vishnu, and Suresh. Please replace your pool towels!
