Everything was of exceptional quality: all the staff, the food, the cooking lessons with the chef, the various massages, and the lake view created a magical experience. The highlight for us was the yoga teacher Sourabh, whose sessions were among the best we’ve ever had. A few small problems in the room were promptly addressed and solved.

I stayed near Arambol beach and the food was great, but the rooms were just basic with plastic chairs and a creaky bed. There was zero attention from the doctors; you have to tell them what treatment you want. Massages were mostly sloppy and uncomfortable.
