I recently spent two days at KK Royal Hotel & Convention Centre with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. This was my second stay, and again everything surpassed expectations. The property itself is stunning, with an ambience that makes the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The food was excellent, and the entire staff’s hospitality was outstanding – everyone was courteous, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable throughout. A special shout‑out to Mr Ajay, the Front Office Manager, who was extremely humble, welcoming, and professional. His warm attitude and attention to guests truly reflect the high standards of hospitality at the hotel. We stayed in Suite Room 101, which was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a memorable family stay, and I would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaipur who wants a peaceful and luxurious stay. – Sunny Sharma, Delhi

I had a very disappointing experience. The staff’s English communication was extremely poor, making even simple requests difficult. I asked for a late check‑out until 10:00 on Monday, but they said it would cost extra and depend on availability. They then told me I could extend my stay by booking one more night through an external provider like Nikita Holidays. I followed their instructions and booked an additional night to keep the same room. Even after confirming the extra booking, the hotel still could not guarantee that I could stay in the same room (room 203). This made no sense since the room was already occupied by me and the additional night had been booked. The process was confusing and poorly handled, and the staff’s struggle with English made communication and problem‑solving very difficult.
