The stay was fantastic—the room was spotless, the reception staff were upbeat, and everyone else was very friendly. The price was fair and the location superb; I’ll definitely return.

The room was spacious, and the shower had hot water, which was a plus. However, things took a turn for the worse when we arrived at the location and were told to pay upfront. But instead of taking us to the room we booked, they took us to a different place altogether, and to make matters worse, it was a 5-story building with no elevator. What a mess.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even arranged a massage and taxi for us. That was a nice touch. However, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable.
