I'm still trying to figure out how this place managed to get any guests at all. The only redeeming quality was the basic amenities – a bed and a shower. But that's where the positives end. What they don't advertise is that this is a halal hotel, and if you're not a Muslim, they don't care about your needs. I had to deal with a dirty room that wasn't cleaned once during my stay, and the complimentary items were never restocked.

We were expecting a lot more from this place, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The staff was friendly, and the food was actually quite good, but that's where the positives end. The facilities are in desperate need of renovation – cupboards with no doors, toilets that need to be replaced, and taps that fall out when you turn them.
