“Clean and quiet”
Spotless, super quiet, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I couldn't find a single thing to complain about.

Hotel Garni Rauch, a family‑run breakfast hotel, sits quietly at St. Anton’s eastern entrance, just a 1‑ to 2‑minute walk from the Arlberg cable‑car valley stations. Its comfortable rooms, some with balconies, lead to a cozy lounge. The owner, a professional ski instructor and guide, offers expert Arlberg ski tips.

Breakfast was good and varied, the room was spacious and practical, and the facilities were solid. The lift was just a short walk away and the town center was only 5‑10 minutes on foot.

The hotel sits right in the village, just a stone’s throw from restaurants and the lift (about 100 m). The rooms are roomy and nice, and the breakfast is top‑notch and very extensive. We had a 3‑person room with a separate toilet, and there’s a small bar downstairs you can use during the day and sometimes in the evening. On the downside, the rooms stay fairly warm even when the heating’s off; opening a window helps, but in St. Anton the late‑night party crowd can be noisy.

This place was amazing. The owner, management, and whole family are hands‑on and accommodating. The ski lift is just a 100‑yard walk away, and skiing back to the hotel is even easier. They’ve got great ski storage, and the breakfast is super fresh and full every day with a great variety—eggs and bacon cooked to order, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, and excellent breads. My wife and I stayed for five nights and couldn’t have been happier. Convenient parking right in front is included.
