The service was excellent, and the plates and dishes were so colorful they made the food taste even better and more enjoyable; I also got to use the hot springs and the pool. The lounge area after the hot springs, with its sofas, was very comfortable. On the downside, the shower hose hook had red mold, dust floated when I filled a glass with water, the TV volume was set too high, and even after the lights went out I could still hear the TV from the neighboring room.

I was surprised to find free drinks available, and the pool and outdoor hot spring were also nice.

I liked that there was a night pool and lounge service. The changing rooms at the pool were not very clean, and because meal times weren’t reservation‑based the restaurant got overcrowded, making it hard to get food and leaving some plates empty, which was disappointing. Still, I was able to relax and had a pleasant stay—thank you for everything!

The welcome was friendly, the room was very spacious, and the pool was pleasant; the buffet was very extensive. It was a pity there were no sun loungers by the pool, and the room felt a bit dated, for example the TV lacked streaming services.
