The location is great, right next to the Kolchida fountain and shops, close to Baraqa. There are three bedrooms: two with large double beds, one with two separate beds. The living room has armchairs and a table. The rooms line a very long corridor, which isn’t a problem for a short stay. The price is very reasonable. Heating is gas only in the living room and kitchen; the warmth spreads to the bedrooms and bathroom. In winter you have to leave the bedroom doors open, otherwise the heat from the radiators in the living room and kitchen doesn’t reach the rooms. There are no night lights in the rooms. The key in the lock is troublesome – I had trouble opening it from the outside – it would help to lubricate it. If you rent it, check with the host whether you can lock and unlock it from the outside so you don’t have to call after the night.
