The LODGE BKK Hostel offers adults‑only rooms with air‑conditioning, private bathrooms, soundproofing, work desks, sofa beds, and parquet floors. Situated a five‑minute walk from Khao San Road, it’s near the Bangkok National Museum and Grand Palace, with Don Mueang Airport 25 km away.

The location is close to KSR, clean, quiet, with good staff and great value for money. Nothing to add.

It’s very central, just down the road from Khao San Road, with a big food night market right around the corner and plenty of restaurants. The beds are roomy, come with curtains, a light, an outlet and a cupboard with hangers, and there are two ACs in the room. In a 10‑bed dorm there were three showers, two toilets, two sinks with mirrors – all non‑AC. One AC was broken and leaked water all over the room while I was there; the other ran at full blast and was freezing at 16 °C, which couldn’t be adjusted (only the broken one had a remote). The staff were unhelpful. People had sex in the dorm, but I guess at Songkran anything goes. It’s a noisy area, so bring ear plugs.

The place and location were great, close to Khao San Road with a 7‑Eleven nearby so you can grab coffee anytime. Being on the 5th floor without an elevator is tough, and the real shock was that the hostel would charge us for towels – this is the first time I’ve seen a hostel do that.
