Drinks were included in the room rate so there were no hidden charges, and the staff handled a late check‑in pleasantly. However, exposed wires in the bathroom posed a hazard, especially with kids, the air‑con unit was poorly attached and the room stayed hot, which I only noticed the next morning after an uncomfortable night; there was no body wash in the shower and only a tiny hand‑wash at the sink. I reported these problems to the morning staff, who seemed unconcerned.
