I was able to rest slowly, but the drain smelled bad.

The room was clean, and having separate bath and toilet was a plus. The airport shuttle was helpful. The breakfast buffet had many options, including local specialties like 明日葉, and it tasted good. However, there was a mix‑up with the seat reservation; I talked to the staff, but because I was traveling alone they blamed me and the handling was difficult, leaving me feeling down from the start. Later, a chair at the buffet got dirty and I didn’t notice until my clothes were soiled, which was troublesome; although the food was tasty, I’m now hesitant to use the buffet again (luckily the only stained item was my loungewear, which I washed right after leaving). I also requested body cream but received a face pack instead, so combined with the buffet issue I decided not to ask for more.
