Leaving a negative review is always difficult, especially because the staff were excellent; if I rated the staff alone, I'd give them 10/10, but I can't say the same about the rest of the experience. The room is in serious need of renovation, particularly the electrical system and basic facilities like the fridge. Several aspects of the room feel outdated and would benefit from a thorough refurbishment.
The location was good. The place wasn't very clean, the shower worked poorly, and the extractor sounded like a truck.

The hotel is too shabby to deserve its 4th star; the rooms are small, the equipment is old and poorly maintained, and the sound insulation is insufficient. Breakfast is included but without drinks (you have to pay for coffee and juices). The value for money is average for the expectations set by the photos on the website.
