The room was clean and comfortable, and the common area on the G/F level was also cozy. The bath and toilet were clean and comfy, and the refrigerator was useful. Parking was convenient, and I enjoyed the cats around the hostel. Thanks to the good staff and the boss for their service.

DO-PI-CAN is within walking distance of the pier and bus stop, and a short walk across the long bridge takes you to the neighboring Sesoko Island, where you can stroll. From Motobu you can take a bus to the world‑famous Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium and spend an entire day there. The rooms lack a TV, though this is partly offset by a large TV panel in the first‑floor lobby.

You can do flyboarding and parasailing, and even beginners are taught gently and carefully. Compared to a resort hotel it feels a bit less, but as a guest house it’s the best!

The toilet was clean, and the bath had both a shower and a tub, so I finally relaxed in a hot bath after a long time. The slope of the lodging is steep, making it a bit scary to climb in a car. Even when I greeted the staff, there was no reply, so I wondered if the staff might be working while sightseeing.

It’s close to Motobu Port and easy to get around thanks to good signage. Sleeping on futon/tatami was pretty hard! 😅
