“Good excursion”
The room looked very nice and was clean; the location was perfect for going out, and the price offered good value. The portion of food, especially at dinner, felt a bit small.
The location was great, the staff were friendly, and the sauna and food were enjoyable.
Breakfast was good, and the coffee we could keep was fine in terms of quality and strength, with a larger cup; we didn’t use a pressurized coffee cup for breakfast. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi was catastrophic, the room was not working, the side outdoor stairs were fine, and the lift was opposite, but where the Ruther is, anyway, nothing.
“Het verblijf was fijn, maar onze hond kon niet in een vremde omgeving alleen zijn. Dus wij moesten of om de buurt gaan e”
The location was good, and the room and bathroom were spacious. The hotel was dog‑friendly, but dogs were not allowed during meals.
“Für Kurztrip in Ordnung, All inklusive definitiv ausbaubar”
The hotel’s location was excellent, right in the valley with plenty of hiking options. The staff were attentive and friendly, the rooms were large and newly furnished, and the surrounding nature was beautiful. Despite the all‑inclusive package, you had to pay for scrambled eggs at breakfast, and overall the breakfast buffet was mediocre. Cocoa was only available at breakfast, not with afternoon coffee and cake, and juices were also limited to breakfast—something that could be expanded for the all‑inclusive plan. Regular coffee was free, but a cappuccino or any other coffee besides black required payment. The afternoon cake spread was hardly a buffet; it was just a small tray of assorted thawed cakes. Dinner was not well suited for people with intolerances or special requests, as there was a lot of pork and the alternatives were poorly cooked. We wanted to use the wellness facilities, but there was only a sauna; the swimming pool cost extra and was not part of the hotel.
