Water started dripping from the ceiling. We told them and they scheduled someone to come while we were not in the room, but we lost our charger. They promised to call back, but nothing happened.

The location in a cardamom plantation is absolutely perfect, but unfortunately, the food quality is a letdown. The staff is super friendly and helpful, which makes up for some of the issues. However, being stuck inside with no nearby dining options unless you have a car is a real bummer.

The place itself was relaxing and lovely, and breakfast was good. On the downside, the bathroom is overly large and would benefit from a more efficient layout, plus the shower is old and needs replacement.
