The only thing worth mentioning was the location; everything else fell short. The staff were extremely rude, bossy and mediocre. I booked through the usual platform, so all communication should have gone that way. I asked for an early check‑in and was told it was “subject to availability,” essentially a maybe. We arrived before the official check‑in time, which meant the hotel was still closed. Getting a response was a nightmare, and when they finally replied they were curt and unfriendly. I never raised my voice; I even begged them just to confirm whether the hotel would be open at check‑in, and they barely answered with “4:00 pm.” I filed a complaint on the platform and never received a reply, showing they don’t monitor their business there. Inside the room there was only one power outlet. I had booked for three people and was initially given just one towel, with the others costing extra. I repeated that the reservation was for three; they eventually fixed it, but it was an unnecessary hassle. I chose this hotel because it was the closest family‑friendly option to the coast, but it simply isn’t worth it.
