The welcome was exceptionally warm. This hotel is extremely comfortable and enjoys a breathtaking mountain‑side location! The owners and staff showed the greatest kindness toward us. Unable to get a taxi to take us to the monastery, the reception manager offered to drive us there himself and to pick us up at the end of the visit. He refused any payment for that service. In addition, the manager gave us a kilogram of homemade jam as a gift without us asking. The terrace restaurant offers panoramic views and excellent cocktails. The value for money is exceptional. A must‑visit address! No negatives.

A beautiful place that exudes peace and pristine nature, from the location to the décor, cleanliness, and wonderful staff who are always exceptionally kind and warm. All praise to the host! We are delighted to have been there, seen and experienced such tranquility. We will definitely return. ☺️

The staff were friendly, pleasant and welcoming; the rooms were excellent, clean, and they even added an extra bed. The food was great, the location incredible, and the sunrise from the balcony overlooking the valley was breathtaking—the view was worth the effort. It’s more suitable for couples seeking quiet or families with older children who want a special stop on the way to Coquimbo; the drive back is simply stunning. I recommend waking up for sunrise. The location is a bit remote and isolated from any activity or attraction, and the hotel has only one restaurant in the area. The trip there at night is scary; it’s better to arrive during daylight. The shower lacks sufficient ventilation and the water pressure is weak.
