“Schlechtes Management”
About ten minutes before my arrival, I was told the room was cancelled due to alleged overbooking. I was assigned an alternative, but the way the staff treated the situation as normal was completely unprofessional. The reservation staff even brazenly told me on the phone that guests should just cancel their bookings, implying that the hotel knowingly sells more rooms than it has available.
The staff were very courteous, but the street in front of the hotel is very dangerous and should be driven slower.
“Alles Prima mit toller Aussicht”
The view from the restaurant and from the balcony was very beautiful. The parking situation was a problem.
“A great atmosphere in great surroundings. We loved the design. Would advise anyone to stay at this h”
Excellent. The limited options are a relief! The dinner was memorable and served impeccably by the bartender—how did he manage it all? It would be nice to have tea and coffee in the room.
“Es hat einfach alles gepasst.”
The selection was good, the quality was good, the service was good. I was satisfied.
