A private viewing terrace and an open fireplace define the suite’s outdoor and climate comforts. The living area includes a dining space and accommodates up to three guests, with two extra beds and two cribs available. The suite features a private bathroom equipped with a shower and complimentary toiletries.
The spa, pool, restaurant, food, and staff were all excellent.

The staff were very accommodating with all of my wishes, customizing food for children, packing lunches, and providing extra food by the pool. The hotel sits in a beautiful location and is very close to the park.

The room was clean, spacious enough for a family, and the staff were very nice and polite. The food quality was good, offered on a la carte menu. The only omissions in the room were a bidet nozzle in the toilet and a shower curtain in the bathroom.

The setting was amazing, with a view of the forest and elephants right outside our chalet. The hotel feels human‑sized, surrounded by trees and flowers, with very safari‑themed and harmonious décor. The staff and service were excellent; Norbert Tango was assigned to us for the entire stay and was fantastic. Our “chalet” featured a wood fire and a hot water bottle in the evening. The food was always excellent, and the luxury picnic boxes for game drives were a treat. The all‑inclusive package offered a different menu at every breakfast and dinner, and we could refuel at will. The pool was great. Nothing was missing; everything was perfect.
